Large Diameter Galvanized Steel Pipe Hot Dipped Galvanized Welded Steel Pipe
Product Description
The process starts by cutting a strip of the required size on a slit line and then feeding it into a tube mill to form a pipeline. After the pipe is formed, it is passed through a high-frequency welder, where the edges are welded together.
During the welding process, due to a large amount of heat generation, welds are formed on both sides of the pipe. These beads are then cut to allow the fluid/gas in the pipe to flow unrestricted.
After that, the pipe is cut to the required length and transferred to the finishing part for further processing and testing of the line pipe, such as straightening, chamfering/end face, hydraulic testing, non-destructive testing, threading, galvanizing, etc., depending on customer's request.
